Jenna, why not just bring your rate to what is accepted in this market for a new SP.
Make your rate 150 for a month and see if PERB guys give you your due on the board.
If you're a 200 girl, everyone will find out soon enough and you'll have earned the right to ask for that contribution.

Why the grief maraman... i tried calling you to get your room number and your phone was off? What else could i do. This board sounds a lot like a union .... keep rates down or we walk... what happend to a free market... if you don't want it buy something else you don't have to try and stonewall me into lowering rates. By the time i pay a driver or a cab if that 150 would be down to 100 real quick. How would you guys react if all the girls got together and said we're all going to charge 500 and stonewalled you like that?

If you're paying nearly $50.00 per date on cabs or a driver then clearly it would be more economic to have an incall location. Then you could actually have a differential rate ... a lower rate for incalls and a higher rate for outcalls ... building in the additional costs of travel to you.
You have to remember that if you're charging 200.00 or 250.00 that means for a guy to get a room, you're adding anywhere from 40.00 to 60.00 on top. And that's for day rates. Your ad says you're only available after 7:00 p.m. so that means probably having to book a room overnight which adds even more costs. Upwards of $100.00 or more for the room. That means $300.00 or more for an hours fun. That's what the elite sp's in TO and Vancouver charge, and even some of them get dumped on on this board if they're providing the service they should.
For someone travelling on business, the hotel cost is paid for anyway (probably by their employer), so $200 or $250 is fine. But for the local market it really puts things out of reach.
Just my .02 cents.
I'd add that I don't think anyone here wants you to fail darling. Looking at your pics I know I want your business to thrive. Take it all as advise. If you can get $200.00, stick with it. But I do think an incall would greatly increase your business flow and, in the long run, reduce your expenses. It would also allow you to develop a regular clientele of locals. you also need to have some daytimes available other than weekends.

Jenna, fix your starting rate at $160 - $180 and you will do fine. Anything higher will either drive potential clients away or bring with it expectations that you may not be able/willing to meet. There's a psychological barrier about that $200+ mark that many clients can't or won't get past. And, good luck to you!

Jenna…I have no grief about our missed appointment. Of course I was disappointed, but I told you I wasn’t angry or upset. I truly wish you nothing but success. You look amazingly sexy in your pics on EC and that in itself is going to serve you well. My posts are intended to give the members of PERB notice that there could potentially be reliability or availability concerns with your service. There have been posts about other SP’s reliability, no-shows, cancellations, and I and other members of PERB appreciate this input.jennaforu18 said:

I told you earlier that I have no intentions to flame or harm your business. In fact, I believe I started a list of what we as clients desire from an SP in response as a means to help you.

IMHO….this is an area that you need to improve upon so that you can become one of Winnipeg’s elite escorts.

Jessica is the top girl in Winnipeg right now and her rates are on average 20 or 25% lower. So my question is why take someone who is unproven for 25% more.

It's a tough business, but like any other business it is wise to listen to your customers , and although you may not be able to meet all there concerns , you can certanly learn lots from them. Talk to some of the reliable and sucessful competitors as well. This business is somewhat like the fast food business...there is a steady demand , and everyone likes variety, just try and get a portion of the marketplace and get repeat business. Everyone has burgers and fries etc. you have to be unique, with your own marketing plan and provide equal or better product and service. How do you think a new fast food joint will make out seeling Big Nac burgers for $7.50?? Packaged correctly etc...its not out of line....go to Wellingtons and see what a burger and fries cost!!!!
