i've tried to contact her numerous times, always get the voice mail. i have left messages with detail ie: my name, cell number, date and time of call. no response at all, i guess thats one of the list. she must be very busy to turn away clients of just not interested. either way very poor business practice. this is a service industry after all and the only way to get repeat clientelle is to provide good service. good luck to whoever toftt, i will be interested to read all about your experience.
