Sent a text yesterday and got a response from a different number (747 area code). Seemed iffy and didn't engage further but could be a legit new agency.

Tried text also this morning, didn’t get any replies and followed up with a phone call, they were saying they were having issues with their text, they seem to be getting the texts though because of the intro I gave them

It's a WOT. The ad looked legit so I toftt, was told she'd be available for 10:30 and she'd confirm in a bit, and then never confirmed. Texted from a diff number and she said she'd be available at 11, got an address from her and asked for the buzzer number, no reply. Even drove down there to check it out in hopes id get a buzzer number but no reply. Then I got a text back on my first number saying her roommate is home and she'd let me know.

And sometimes sp’s get pissed off for wasting their time just asking questions through text!

That's such a disappoinment. The pictures looked real good and was hoping this was another great agency in Vancouver.

At least you can tell the pictures are real and taken in Vancouver yaletown from the view out of the windows. I like those kind of real pictures.
