Don't even know how Japanese Lingerie differs from any other kind - but there is a store going out of business downtown next to The Terminal City Club (in that little open court area. I think it's the foot of Hornby). For the ladies it might be a good shopping spot. The stuff in the window looked great. Sorry I can't remember the name of the place.
