A friend of my went to japan last year to teach english. From what i have hear, it seems that there is two popular placees in roppongi (a cafe shop and a bar--do a search on google with the "roppongi" term) where japanese girls stand around to meet young caucasian guys to hook up with or just to go to parties with. In terms of massage parlours and escorts, i heard it is a bit hard for westerners. Most places serve only japanese clients and will turn down westerners.

If you know a little Japanese and are polite and respectful of the "rules" then it isn't that hard to find places. For a Soapland your best bet is Ikebukuro, Kamuki-cho (in Shinjuku) or Ueno. Your best bet is to just walk around the redlight areas of these towns and you will find someplace that will cater to you. Often they have someone standing outside enticing customers, if they speak to you in english then you're set. There is also a place near Yokohama that is like a hooker smorgasborg. You walk around these small houses that have girls standing in the front, when you see one you like, make eye contact, if she's interested she will smile, if not go on to the next one. In about 4 blocks there are about 40 women at any given time. A lot are Chinese or Thai, this is good for cheap, fast FS.
It is NOT that expensive for foreigners, you can get a soapland experience for about $100-$120, you can have FS for $100 and you can get a BJ in a bar while having a drink for about the same.
