If you really expect to see an influx of japanese SPs arrive because of this disaster, I think you're going to be disappointed.
In recent history, whenever Japan has faced a crisis, or any other nation wide problem.... they don't pack their bags and leave the country. They have too much pride for that. They repriate.
Not only themselves, but their money as well. That's why the Yen is rising sharply right now, they're selling their overseas investments because they need the money at home to rebuild.
