Since you are able to talk to him pass on that I, for one, also enjoyed his posts and would like him to re-consider. I tend to agree that the wpg. board is a little dead these days but from what I have heard from some of the ladies the business is slow too right now. The board 'ownership' problems seem to have mellowed out and it is a lot more encouraging to participate today than it was a while back.Arizona40 said:

I've had great experiences with agencies in Montreal and Toronto, thanks mainly to the boards. The information there is generally reliable, and public reviews have forced the agencies to be more honest in descriptions, pricing, time spent, etc.
In most other cities, including Winnipeg it seems, the agencies haven't yet caught on to the concept of customer service. They employ bait and switch, upselling on arrival, short changing on time (it's not a full hour; it's one hour or until the guy cums, whichever is faster). Winnipeg agencies have an awful reputation, although there are very few reviews of agency ladies on PERB. Some of the ladies listed on Escorts-Canada try to pass themselves off as indies when they are actually agency girls. I wonder why?
The Toronto market was changed forever when Select, and then Allison's Adoring Angels (now sadly gone) set up web pages with honest descriptions and pricing, guaranteed arrival on time, etc.
I can book a specific lady a month in advance with agencies in Montreal and Toronto. In Winnipeg and many other cities, I could book a lady half an hour in advance and still not be sure she'd be the one who showed up. When Winnipeg agencies set up web pages with pics, honest descriptions, fixed pricing, and actually give a shit about customer satisfaction, they may start to shed their awful reputations. Right now, their ideal customer is a late night drunk who doesn't know the difference.

Exactly what Avery said. When I first started this hobby in the early 90's, I used agencies a half dozen times because I simply didn't know any better. Though I had a couple of decent experiences with the ladies themselves (one named Lonie and another named Drew, who I saw three times), the assembly line nature of the whole process is what turned me off. My impression was that they were expected to try and get things done as quickly as possible. Forty-five minutes was good, thirty minutes was even better, since that meant they might ultimately wind up seeing five clients in four hours. Only once did I have the experience of the lady wanting to negotiate higher fees once she arrived, but I've heard that's not uncommon as well. I think Avery hits it right on the nose when he says that in Winnipeg, the ideal agency client is someone phoning at midnight who is so totally in the bag that he wouldn't know or care if they sent Buffalo Gal (my nickname for a particularly unattractive and pretty scary panhandler on Osborne) instead of who was described on the phone, just so long as he gets his rocks off.

Agencies keep too much of the intake, leaving the girls up to their own in trying to get more from the customer. Some girls think they can make more by rushing the session, but they sure won't get repeats. Some of the girls sent to a customer don't even resemble the type of girl requested because the agency doen't have a large stable like some successful agencies in bigger cities. Even though years back, Corporate was criticized a lot, especially about how their girls were treated, they did have a good selection. Some may differ in that opinion, but there were some very sexy women available! I think many were young - maybe even under age.

But the agencies I worked for in the past, were in-calls only, and I really don't re-call people getting ripped off, because you saw what you were getting ahead of time.
