Yes, had one session with her. Also known as "Elly" on bp, and there were warnings posted about her a couple of months back on this board. In short, a pretty girl, but has significant substance abuse issues and presents a higher-than-average risk profile. Not responding to emails? I'm not at all surprised.
I definitely DO NOT recommend her, for those reasons...
