I weighed myself today. I've lost the 5 lbs I wanted off. Did it by cutting out 500 unnecessary carbs. No ice cream, only 2 cookies a day and no morning tea biscuit. I also took out the raisins in my Raisin Bran cereal and switched to a different bread for my sandwich.
