No shit... anyway it was an amusing read until the trolls showed up. Seems also a lot of people here mistook the reference of 'whore' in context as to what Ms Erica was referring to...ironic humour gets lost on most.
Since I inadvertently kicked up this hornet's nest, let me try and kick some dirt on the flames!
I don't object to the word 'whore'...In fact, I'd much rather be referred to as a whore than as a 'hooker'. If I were a character in a classic Western movie, such as sybian might ride through, I'd be the madam at a little establishment (Billiards Upstairs!) with a piano, a bar, and the happiest healthiest ladies in town! As to whether social/legal constructs come first: Society must precede law. Societies form. and as they form, they develop norms. Those norms get codified and eventually written down and encoded into law. It's just anthropology!

For centuries it was acceptable to sleep with many women, including your wife. Although it was never talked about so the wife never respectfully "Lost Face"

I believe in the sanctity of marriage, I know this is an anathema on an escort review board, and amongst escorts, but if you want to play the field, don't get married.
If you are single and want a no strings attached relationship, escorts are a viable option.

I dated a Japanese woman for a short time...Way to many cultural differences, because she was raised in a very traditional home in Japan.
When we got up in the morning, she insisted on dressing me for work, with the clothing she had cleaned and ironed the day before....At the end of the day, she would undress me and prepare the work clothing for the next day.
It got to the point that I couldn't even pour myself a cup of coffee, even though she thought the stuff was disgusting.
I explained that the cattle don't care if my Wranglers and shirt are wrinkle free. She wouldn't allow me too help cook dinner, which I enjoy doing with any woman.
She kept to her traditions, and did what she felt was her duty, as my mate....But I couldn't handle the fact ,that she never expressed what she wanted or desired. I have a deep understanding of Japanese traditional culture ,from some studies in the past about their self-defence...But as a Canadian, I felt it wasn't fair to her, living here, and part of me felt I was taking advantage.
The only time I would see her let loose a little ,was when we'd go on a horseback ride.
Turns out she married a Japanese man quite a bit older than her, and she is happy, and has a few kids.

Comes down to which definition you want to use. According to the dictionary, lack of consent isn't part of the definition, so consent doesn't excuse it. But according to Biblical era definition it wouldn't be adultery unless it involved another man's wife.
Practically if marriage is a legal contract, then the parties to any contract can mutually agree to amend the traditional "template" as they see fit.
Hehe I agree and I'm sorry :fear: It was a collective effort on all our parts, and Badgerjohn more so than others with the jerseys! And like you said when Toews handed Badger his jersey back after he autographed it, Toews thanked him personally for the Stanley Cup wins. The training in the Badger way is what took this team to the next level, the dynasty level.
