In my second thread to you all on here, I would appreciate some independent client help on something. I have sent two emails to Charlies Angelz agency in the last week concerning availability of Syn-Dee and Laya. I have read reviews about them on this board but am very disappointed to see that they didn't bother to respond to my emails at all. I did not want to incur long distance charges by calling the agency and I am a bit concerned about "customer service" at the agency. Although I might end up having a good time with Syn-Dee and/or Laya, a good barometer of an agency is the phone/contact person. Can people inform me better about their experiences with them - since I have been spoiled silly with prompt responses from Jess at Class Choice.

Hello Mad-Rimmer, we are responding to your very important concern immediately. We just checked our business email account and your emails seemed to have been filtered into our junk mail folder (it is a hotmail account). Unfortunately the first one seems to have been automatically deleted/emptied from the account, but we still have the second one and we will take care of your requests immediately. Hi Micheal.....Sorry it takes a day or so for the CA staff to get back to you. Not all the phone staff can use the perb account. Laya and Syndee both work day times. Laya will take pre booked appointments almost anytime with reasonable notice.

it probably won't cost that much to call.. if you are lucky enough to get Lahra it will be well worth the long distance charges.. she has always been able to get me the perfect girl for whatever my crazy needs are at the time.. you will not be disappointed.. my success rate at CA is better than any other agency.. just one man's opinion
