Sorry, it's a bit long.

So a few days ago, I got an email from a client telling me he'd been trying to reach me by phone but was unable to to get through. I had Harmony call my number and when it worked fine, I let the client know there was no problem with my phone and gave him my number again thinking maybe he'd just written down or dialed the wrong one. He tried again and apologized because he couldn't understand why it wasn't working. Anyway, it turned out that he could send and receive SMS to/from me without any problem and I could call him and get through just fine so we just worked around that to schedule the appointment.
I didn't think much of it until today a friend of mine mentioned she'd called me earlier but wasn't able to. First she had a message saying the call would cost $0.xx/minute, which it shouldn't because she has an unlimited calls plan with Mobilicity, but the call wouldn't even go through anyway. She then gets another message saying the call can't be completed. I thought it was really weird, so again I called my phone from Harmony's (which is with Rogers) and it started ringing. I called my friend's number and I got through. I was getting really confused so I had my friend call another gfriend who is with Wind (like me) and that went through.
The only difference, if that even matters, is that her Wind number has a 604 area code while mine has 778. (I only thought it might matter because of the cost per minute message my friend was getting when dialing my number, which we assumed might have to do with long distance calls..? But who knows. Because her Mobilicity has a 778 area code too so it shouldn't be a problem) The issue with the client a few days ago popped into my head so out of curiosity I emailed him to ask if he was with Mobilicity. I just got his reply; he is.
1)I have absolutely no idea what the deal is, what I'm supposed to do about it or who I'm supposed to talk to about figuring it out. Mobilicity or Wind? It seems like the problem might be with Mobilicity but I'm not a client of theirs so...? lol
2)If anyone has any idea what the issue might be, or if you've heard anyone mention this before...let me know. I kind of have to figure this out because since this is my work phone, it's not very good if some (or all? yikes) Mobilicity subscribers are inexplicably unable to get through when calling me! Sheesh.
3)If anyone is with Mobilicity and wouldn't mind doing a little test, I would like to try at least a few more to see if this happens with all or only some Mobilicity numbers. It seems so weird but I'm really glad I at least caught it - who knows how many people have tried but not been able to get through!
I'm not going to include my number on this post because I don't know how many people will read it and want to test (or at what time! ha!) and I don't think I need 50 people calling if their calls end up getting through. lol So Just PM me, I guess.

The very, very short version without any explanation is this:
If you are a Mobilicity subscriber and you wouldn't mind helping me out with a quick test (calling me from your Mobilicity phone, that's all), that would be very nice of you
