Yes some girls are very bad at commiting to a schedule, but for those of us either with other jobs or simply with a set way of life, we prefer to work within a certain time-frame. That time-frame for me is during the day/early evening. Now that I am getting a day job, my schedule may go through some changes. But I will still stick to my weekdays. There just might be less of them that I work on is all. And about the drywall thing.....shows you guys how much I know. I like to learn, and certainly don't profess to know anything other than that which I do indeed know.

Island Beauties here, Just thought I would come and clarify a few things.... Yes, renos have taken a bit but once they are finished, it will be well worth it in the long run. We apoligize if it has been an eyesore to some, but we have had some of our clients that have suggested they would like to see showering facilities, and we are trying our hardest to satisfy everyone. We are truly sorry and hope that you can be patient, as it will be finished soon. Keep watching as our establishment will continue to improve, however we would like to thank you for your business and look forward to seeing you in the future.

Donna, I have no reason to believe you when you say that there is no ill will towards me. That was the whole reason why I left. As for keeping the girls out of this......at least I have the decency to not mention specific names (aside from Ella and Jody, which you yourself said would never be working there). If you read my posts regarding your agency, I have been honest and answered the questions that were asked. I stuck up for you by saying that you both have daytime occupations and share children. On the other hand, I won't lie about the fact that there are plenty of opportunities for you two to do some work around there. And to clarify something. I quit, why do you think I started working elsewhere?? I hold no malice towards you, but I have lost my respect for you. You led me and the others at the pre-opening meeting to believe that there would be no tolerance for gossipers and cattiness, yet you allowed it to happen whilst fully aware of it. I tried to compromise and not work on my friend's shifts. But still the shit flew. Do you honestly think that I will just sit around take flack that I don't deserve?? I will not compromise my mental and spiritual health because a few girls are jealous that I have my own clients and make better money than them. I took a week off to see clients on the side, right?? Heaven's forbid that I take the time off to look for a respectable job and get a real life. You don't wish me all the best because you wouldn't tell my clients where to find me, rather you tried to sell them on another lady when they specifically asked for me. And the fact that you just up and fired the phone lady showed a serious lack of both guts and professionalism. Didn't you yourself say that you were going to be the up-most in professional?? So if you were going to let girls claim thier taxes, how come there are no reciepts or documents showing who works there and who makes how much?? I guess some people are content suckering the system for welfare while making plenty of money to support themselves. Welfare is fine if you need it, but if you can carve your own living, then don't mooch of the government. That isn't right. I am mostly let down. You made it sound like IB would be great but you haven't followed through on hardly anything, least of all the things that matter the most.
I only throw stones of truth. Most people don't enjoy hearing that which they try to shelter themselves from. If anyone has criticism for me, I look at is a chance not only to further explore myself, but to take a look at what kind of person the critic is by how s/he chooses to make their opinions known. Its a great psych study if you know what to look for!!
True and being a practising pagan, I know of that rule quite well. See, hottmama, I am torn between honesty and silence. For me honesty has always been the path of choice, but now its caused a big mess, and I don't think anyone is going to accept my apologies, heartfelt or not. People have already made up their minds about who I am and don't seem to recognize that I made a mistake, admitted it, and wish to move on. I too wish all people good energy, as there seems to be a severe deficit of it in the world.
My perceptions of IB
Before I say anything, I would like to make it known that Pandora had nothing to do with this post, and actually advised me against writing it. Judging by what's been said, the truth is hard for some to swallow. If you're going to give flack to anyone because you don't like what I have to say, take it up with me, not Pandora.
So let me introduce myself. I am Pandora's girlfriend, Crystal. The one IB supposedly let go, because the management chose to believe the lies of the many over the truths of the few. I have something to clarify ... IB is CL with a different name, a different location, and different ownership. You may say this makes it totally different, but it doesn't, when you have the same cracked-out, um, ladies isn't the right word ... You get the picture. Don't get me wrong, I don't have this impression about all the women there, just the majority of them.
When I started there, I was under the impression that it would be totally legal, different from every other agency. Suprise, suprise, it isn't. I'm not going to get into the specifics of why I no longer work there. Like a coin, every story has two sides. If you would like to know mine, you can pm me. Basically imho the owners don't have the faintest clue on how to run a business. If they did, they would have taken it more seriously then they have. The reno's would have been done, as well as the 4 ( yes, they originally planned 4 ) rooms, and the gentleman's club, not to mention the men's washroom. Yay, just what all you guys want .. a communial room where you can all pee together and become best friends, unless of course, you already know each other.
Again, if they were actually 'seriously' running a business, all this would have been done in less than the 2 months it's taken them to finish only 2 rooms.
I also think that Hipster is biased because he works for IB taking photo's ... if he no longer worked for them, then he wouldn't have his own collection of local porn for the spank bank.
Re: m6233, when I started there, I specifically remember hearing that you didn't give a f**k if the clients wanted to shower or not, you just wanted them in and out as quickly as possible ... interesting how your level of customer service miraculously changed after getting some iffy reviews early on.

Wouldn’t a working girl want to work the late evening/midnight hours? Isn’t that time the most profitable? Why would an agency need to twist a girl’s arm to work that crowded time slot?

Oh, boy. Phone Staff's comments will certainly reflect back onto me. All I can say to those who may want to tear a strip off me for it......She is my friend, true enough, but I do not own her, nor will I force her to say anything she doesn't want to say, or to keep silent when she has something to say. I did ask her to not post it as it would most likely come back on me. But she told me she was posting it no matter what, so she agreed to at least mention that I was against it. Well, that's my piece on that matter.
I like working days, as most of the clients are businessmen or tourists. I find that working later in the evening there is a higher risk of dealing with an intoxicated client, and I don't really want to do that. Besides, I enjoy relaxing as evening sets with a nice cup of tea and a book or something of the sort. Most of my life, my chill-out time has been in the evening, and I don't really want to break that pattern unless I have to. It's not that agency's are twisting anyone's arm to do anything, they are just trying to distribute the girls more evenly. If there are three petite blondes, then the agency will try to put one of them on each shift, so that there is not only the aversion of direct competition, but also that a petite blonde is available to a wider range of people. Does that make sense??

they don't have any. They have one bathroom that has only a toilet and a sink. They are planning on putting a 'men's bathroom' in, with urinals and some toilets I think. Maybe now they will put showers in ..

I would also like to point out, m6233 .. you did not 'let Pandora go' ... the reason her pix were up on another website was because she had quit, not because she was working for both of you at the same time. They were just quick about it and had her pictures up the same day as her interview.

Well, its not that I am avioding the "cheapies" as you put it. I prefer to work days because it is part of my natural cycle. Nights are my wind-down-from-the-day time. As I mentioned a cup of mugwort tea often achieves this nicely. When working days, an SP is less likely to deal with drunks or people who are substance abusers. I personally don't care what you chose to do, as long as you don't do it around me or subject me to it. That's pretty much why I work days. I am too stubborn to change my shifts. But you will notice that there are times where I do book on on some eves or nights. Depends mostly on whether or not I need some x-tra cash for a night out, a new article of clothing, etc. And I do make exceptions for requests. Usually if there is a day's notice, I can see anyone just about anytime (within reason).
