With the discussion of VME closing and CCE still closed, it got me to wondering ‘how is IF staying open’? Consensus here seems to be ‘too pricey’ and we see no reviews at all - curious as to whom they are attracting ?

One massage provider told me she nets 13 g a month. If the establishment makes half of that per provider, they can easily stay open.
For me... IF has lady’s I want to see. I’m 110% sure they are worth the money and drive for me... but paying for extras like kissing then everything else without knowing a list... or what’s restricted... I can’t do that. Svips and boa have it right. They get my business for sure.
Agreeed. The high price just to get in the room is too much for me without knowing has resulted in me not visiting them.
If I were to guess, they're pulling in ladies from other agencies because they're taking less off the top and leaving the "extras" for lady to charge. I'm not defending it but I'm also not a huge fan. I've walked away from my one visit there after the line up because I wasn't prepared to shell out the money for the type of session I wanted. Especially when it's close to SVIP's PSE rate that includes more time and an extra option.

To answer your question (who is their target market?), I would say people who are willing to pay a red one for every single extra, except CBJ and f***ng. No judgement here: people are free to pay for what they want and the providers can absolutely charge whatever they want for it. The danger is that if this model thrives, other agencies will start doing the same. So you see, it's not just a matter of people willing to pay for all those extras. It's a matter of changing the industry in the city.
Have we ever determined who’s behind this agency? Obviously took some dough to get it up and running with the restoration of that old building ...
All of you are our target market!? (of course we know its impossible to make everyone happy!) We have chatted with our ladies about trying to keep everyone on the same page for what they charge for GFE and extras(ultimately, whatever is charged above and beyond our base rates is up to the ladies discretion and out of our hands. It goes 100% to the escort). After the discussion we have had we updated our rates page to hopefully make things a little more clear with our pricing structure. We appreciate all of your feedback and criticism! We hope to become an agency that everyone on the west coast can enjoy! We will be ever evolving to try and become the best we can be! We imagine over the first few years we will be constantly changing and trying to improve!

Its funny how much changes in a month! In June we were all calling IF too expensive but now SVIPS has catapulted past them and is asking two brown for a hh GFE (with many of their providers booking 1hr minimum). All of a sudden IF’s pricing is right in line with the market - slightly over SU and slightly under SVIPS.
I heard from someone in the industry that it’s really hard to hire right now as so many girls are staying home and collecting CERB but damm, these prices are getting out of hand!
VIPs 1 hour price is still (marginally) cheaper and, more importantly, you have a very good idea of what services are available from each lady before you get there.
I personal dont mind at all that IF doesn't post a menu. I quite frankly find it disgusting that girls have to post a menu that theyll take it on the face and swallow and etc etc etc etc. Id rather go in and if I DO decide I want some sort of extra like that , that maybe (just maybe lol) I'm special and not every dude in town can come in and get these "extra" services. Again to me it comes down to actually feeling like a VIP. Kind of Ironic they are called sweet VIPs but they list their menus for the whole world to see and phone girls offer up the xxxtras menu on behalf of the girl.
Purely just speculation, but I wouldn't imagine the girls love that either. When I asked a girl at IF how she likes working there she said she loves it and said that not having to give a "menu" was her deciding factor to come and work at IF. Again different strokes for different folks.

My only comment is seemingly breaking the ‘flow’ of things if I decide I want an extra mid-session.
Seems to be a bit of a buzz-kill.
Only done it once and she wanted $$ before proceeding. Is that the way it works? Or do they usually acknowledge that you’re good for it and can remit payment after ?
By knowing ahead of time that ‘X’ is offered I can pay for it in advance and avoid the akwardness.
And if we don’t do ‘X’ / thats ok - becomes just a nice tip for her ...

I would think it would be common sense to bring a bit extra cash and have it sitting in your pocket of your jeans next to the bed. Takes like 5 seconds to sort out. I'm not much of an extras guy but I remember 100 times reaching over to my jeans to pull a 50 or 100 out for something spur of the moment lol. Literally been doing it since I was a kid lol (ya im a newcomer to perb but a long time perv )
The only time I could see it becomes akward and breaking up the flow is if a guy were to start negotiating/bartering. Its a womans body not the sunday swap meet at the western speedway. Again im not everyone cause its not a deal breaker for me if the girl doesn't do a certain thing. My advice if your a guy who absolutely needs greece or whatever to have a good appt. Book a 20 min session, come see a girl, and then chat with their receptionist IN PERSON on the way out and let them know to make a note that its something you absolutely require or you won't be happy. I can't imagine they gonna start talking about butt sex with strangers never to before book on the phone or 2 seconds after walking in the door.
Enough of the allegations, unless you can provide proof or he admits to it...........
