Is Vancouver even a Better city now?

Yeah our Real Estate prices are falling, but nowhere near US levels. Yeah our unemployment figures are high, but not as high as other cities.

Since our city did not sink as low as the other cities, does this make Vancouver even more attractive?

No I didn't. But I'm just asking does this rank our city even higher than before?

I don't understand why you posted your statement. This city has not suffered as poorly as others.

The ecomonic downturn in the USA started in 2006 and it just began in Canada. Still much further to go before hitting bottom but yes.. many still live in la la la land.
