Do you mean all the white spots I can see under the skin of your ball sack (scrotum)?

just went to a local Sexual Health clinics to have the nurse to check out, It is Fordy Spots ! what a release !
I did the STI test anyway, the results will be back in two weeks.

Ok just wanted to make sure those were the spots you were talking about.
You have taken a good picture; they do look like the classic Fordyce spots.
Fordyce spots are a type of sebaceous gland (oil gland). They are very common and vary in size.
I see people at the clinic who are concerned they may be genital warts. I tell people to just stretch the skin and if they see many white dots under the skin that it is most likely Fordyce spots.
Glad that you were able to get to the clinic, for any type of skin conditions it is best to show someone.
