i am fairly new to this hobby but over the last several months have noticed that many highly rated ladies have retired from working as SP.

Daisy has left Calgary
Ashley is on a final tour
Claire is leaving the country
Pam is out of sight and supposedly retired.
Lauren is gone

There are probably others


Is this normal turnover for this occupation.

Angie is getting married and (hopefully temporarily) left the business

I think the wiser SP'sr realize that the 'productive' life for a highly rated provider is about five years - you have to achieve your goals within that time frame and then get on with the rest of your life.

There are other ladies who have or are staying on longer but I think the traffic that they see gradually diminishes as their physical attributes start fading away. Time takes its toll on these ladies (just as it does with the rest of the population) - unless they take very good care of themselves and avoid burning out in the process.

Speaking of Claire - I know that she was only seeing regulars (including her sugar daddy). Where is she going? Italy?

I think she worked there twice but has not returned to Vancouver since (to work at Fox Den, that is).

She mentions in CanadaAdultFun that she is leaving Canada all together. I'm just wondering if she's heading to the good ole US of A?

Sorry guys (and girls) - I've hired Claire as my full time personal assistant.

We are moving on a yacht and will be cruising the Caribbean islands for a while. (Then when hurricane season starts we'll be moving off to Mediterranean ones... )
