Is there any consensus among SPs in terms of prostate-massage? I have not seen it offered as a service anywhere and there is no common abreviation for it so does that mean it would qualify as an unusual request or fetish even? Do most SPs offer this service but just do not advertise it? What are the safety concerns with regard to a prostate massage? Should the SP put a condom on their fingers?

Lots of girls offer prostate massage, just ask for it. I get it not as an extra, not no upcharge.

Typically a girl should use a condom for the prostate massage as there is potential for some nasties. I can see where some may not though.

Is there really no abreviation for a prostate massage? To me asking a girl for a prostate massage would be in tune with asking for a penis licking. It just sounds so..... Medical? Any ideas?

Gloves are a great alternative to a condom. I never thought of that but clearly it is the superior choice for a prostate massage.

I prefer nitrile gloves myself for any messy play that involves insertion of digits anywhere. I find vinyl to be too stiff and provides less tactile sensation than latex or nitrile. I've also torn vinyl gloves a few times but never had that problem with nitrile, as it tends to be more flexible.

You can get an enema/douche at the drugstore which looks exactly like a turkey baster and fill it will water. I would avoid anything other than water as they have been known to cause cramping.
