To the contrary, China and Russia have both offered carte blanche civilian aid. "
And France recommends their citizens not to travel to Japan:
"We strongly advise our nationals not to travel to Japan and we strongly recommend delaying any journey planned."

If the news from the accident are filtered/censored by the Japanese government who can tell if the so called "level 4" accident is not actually a level 7?
And it looks like - according to the article - depending on the El Nino du jour, Western Canada may take a sip as well... So be prepared to take your iodine pills soon...
