The beautiful Fraser Valley !

Tesla has Production issues, keeping up with demand, and the ever growing Waitlist Orders ?

I don't think Tesla is going to get the Bailout, like GM, and Chrysler .

They've built some stylish Electric Cars !
But, can They survive ?

Someone like Apple could buy it.
TSLA's market cap is $44 billion, while AAPL has $250 billion cash.

Electric Mustang? Nope!
I’m sorry but as cool as it is it will never truly be a Mustang!
Call it something else but unless it has a V8 under the hood and rear wheel drive it won’t be a Mustang...sorry!

Tesla will never get a bailout/handout from the US government but there's no shortage of potential suitors/investors willing to buy them out if and when they Elon Musk decides to pull the plug (pun intended). It's unlikely they'll die even though I hope they do.

Wait lists and problems with demand exceeding supply are usually not signs of a doomed company unless it's incompetent. I'm pretty sure they'll iron out the problems given time. Their only risk is being overtaken by a worthy competitor (i.e. one that sates the same demographic... I'm not talking Prius) before they do.

Tesla will dominate the market soon and will turn a profit within the next 2 quarters I bought 200 shares when it was at 180

You are soooooooooooooo wrong........97% of Mustang sold in Europe , New Zealand and Australia are Eco Boost.
I own one and it's a 4L V6 and it has more power under the hood then the older V8.

They have a massive factory building in China, suppose to be done by the end of the year so maybe early next year? lol anyways the plan for them is to build 3000 cars a week just from that factory. They will also be building the batteries there as well. They are popular on the west coast (CALI and Vancouver) but I'm not sure how they are received in other parts the US and Canada.

Even if Tesla doesn't survive, it did what it set out to do. Their goals were

1. To prove to the big car companies that there has and will be a big demand for electric vehicles.
2. Electric vehicles can be stylish.
3. The engineering behind building an all electric vehicle was not impossible or crazy difficult.
4. And have them available at a reasonable consumer price point.

The fact they're safer than some military grade vehicles, have incredible torque, and can perform very respectively on the track are all bonuses.

Electric vehicles have been around for a hundred years or more. Tesla didn’t do much more than take advantage of improved battery technology.

Tesla is about to turn a profit after years of losing money.

My bet is they buy a couple of closed factories from GM. Benefit is there are 45,000 unemployed skilled workers in the rust belt.

* There are electric F-1 cars like Ferrari and Mercedes. I’d bet Tesla jumps in too.

Tesla will survive, the critics have been predicting bankruptcy since the day they started and Elon has proved them wrong every time.

Formula E is growing at a much faster raTe than f1, brawn should be worried.
Id like to see f1 keep the turbo hybrid power units but switch from fossil fuel to bio-fuels; best of both world
