well the website is still up. When I go there I'll drop by Rice Howard Way and see how the renovations are coming along. There's a Real estate office up there but the showers were still in. The elevator still needs levelling.

Someone's gonna break their neck on that elevator trying to exit between floors.

If the elevator stops between floors, is it better to jump down to the lower floor or climb up to the higher floor? Either way you'd get crushed if the elevator moved, yes?

The owner of that place, which is NOT reopening, is near done in this industry. Doubt his escort company will last more than a few years either. He was played out years ago....

Last time I was in there there was some sort of Real Estate office at the back but the pool table, stereo and shower facilities, even the desk and red couches were still there, and that stupid elevator was still unlevelled.

The owner was male. He still owns an agency. The gruff person answering the phone is his wife. The company is fucked. They fine their girls. Their drivers are crackheads.

And Vish or anyone else will not be leasing that space. Not a chance in hell. There is no way they could afford it, anyways.

That place is over move on, places like Legends and Revive are the current "it" places downtown, you can move out from the core to MPs that are a little quieter and with steadier SPs (less staff turnovers) and longer established groups of regular pooner (places like Supreme, Prestige, Aristocrat, etc. places that have been around a few years)
