Yes she is real but with a different experience in van. She is overall good sp not a clock watcher.

I was so happy to see her back in town. Tried mightily to book, but she ghosted me.

Yup she’s real, but hard to tell if anyone’s actually home, mostly, because she’s likely in her van .
