I think it’s down. When I click the website it’s just blank. Seems like it’s been taken down or something.

I can't access at all even after clearing cache, not using incognito, and jumping up and down

It's not completely down, just latencies are through the roof.
The pages will load but takes several minutes.
If I'm not mistaken the Domain is leolist.cc and not leolist.com

Looks like a DDOS to me.
