Lacy for as long as I can remember was super fit and worked out all the time. Now unfortunately that has slipped, she is getting fat. She has a belly now. Hopefully she gets back to the gym and watches what she eats before she is too far gone.
Well you obviously haven't seen her lately. What you say "WAS" true but she has started to develop a gut. She could fix that quickly given her past fitness routines but she better not ignore it for too long.

Women’s bodies can change with age and/or medical conditions. I know this industry brings out how shallow we can be, judging appearance but perhaps it’s best to choose your words carefully. SPs probably know their appearances can impact business, so let them work on it in their own way.
I think what GOJETSGO is saying, in a nice way, is that Popeye is being a bit of a jerk. He (Popeye) could have conveyed the same thoughts but in a more respectful manner. For example, I didn't have to say Jerk. I could have said "Popeye, you might want to rephrase what you are saying so that you get your message across without people thinking that you are being unnecessarily harsh and rude to the lady"
But I chose "jerk" because it is shorter, to the point and I am lazy... 😉
What planet do you live on? I am not bashing her I am stating a fact. She can change that and I have no doubt she will.
