Places with websites, and lineups where you can pick the girl by walking in off the street, get the tourists. Even if a place was set up in a house or a condo, it is a business. The hundred grand is for the business not the tables or the showers. You are paying for the established name and the regulars that go there. If you were going to buy a place like that, you would look over the records and see how much money it earns every month and then make an educated decision on how much its worth. I bet if Carnmen Fox sold her business, the asking price would probably be triple.

Yeah Carman Fox would, but kitten club seems a lot more fringe and doesnt really have that type of brand name.

Kitten club was the only MP that I have repeatably gone back to, I will miss it. If someone else takes it over and run it the same way with the same quality of girls, I will definitely be back.
