Is just sticking to massage rude?

I went to Platinum Club and paid for a half hour, then decided after about 10 minutes to extend it to an hour. Heard the SP's rates and thought I was interested but was a bit short for FS, thought the HJ was a bit pricy, and didn't want to go to the ATM again. Decided to just stick to the massage (no additional service) which was nice and still tipped her $70.

Thing is, I wasn't really feeling like doing more. I thought she was hot, but didn't feel any 'chemistry' and didn't like the all business attitude. I realize this 'is' a business for the providers, but like I said, I didn't feel chemistry and she didn't seem into me at all (for reference the one other provider I went to there gave wonderful service that I was happy with, and really got me into the mood before negotiating service, which ended up being an HJ).

Is this just incredibly rude or bad etiquette? Should I not go to a spa if I'm not interested in committing up front to more expensive service? Or is it completely acceptable to just go for the massage with the hourly/half-hourly rates if I don't feel like doing more?

Thanks

I think it depends on which SP or establishment you go to, a spa more catered to fs may see it rude that you do not partake whereas a nonfs spa would see it rude to ask for anything extra

Fwiw if any services beyond the base service (massage in this case) are upsell options than it is the service providers job to sell and subsequently provide. If it's a more comprehensive service then they need to provide whatever's included and up to the client to consume.

This applies to this industry as well.

At last with massage there's a lower chance to get you one and only SOG before the time is up.

i wouldn't feel guilty at all. it's her loss for trying to get as much money out of you as possible. if she was smart instead of just listing prices for acts, she should have asked what you were willing to spend and then made a deal based on that, but she was going for the homerun and ended up with very little. remember girls at places like platinum club and swedish touch don't give a crap about the client. they just want as much money to do as little as possible. they are the worst of the worst when it comes to girls in this business. i learned that lesson many years ago before perb. first ever experience was at the old swedish touch location and boy did it suck.

She did get a $70 tip without fs, sounds like a homer.
The massage *was* good. Maybe not $175 good ($105 for the hour + $70 tip) but my understanding is that the girls only make the tip, and wanted her to be compensated at least. I felt bad that she was already losing out on money she could be making with another client being tied up with me for an hour, and definitely didn't want to leave her with nothing :/

Mind if I ask how much you were quoted for the "extras"? I know that Platinum is all about the upsell, but I'm curious just how much. I'm guessing it varies by the girl?

right here and now
Nothing wrong with massage only- it's your time and money after all.
If she doesn't float your boat then just weigh anchor and sail away after she swabs your deck- politely and with respect of course.
