Hi Jedi I do think it is possible to have a relationship with an sp. I met my s.o. in the biz and have been with him for a few years now. I just think that you have to be openmined, Easygoing and very understanding. I don't think I could handle it though if the roles were reversed. Call me a hypocrite.

I would say yes as long as she can seperate her work from her relationship...and as long as you are secure in yourself and your relationship, they are people too they need love and sex as we do.In answer to the question...yes I would:D

I have to add my two cents worth too!I personally do not think that your s/o would be understanding enough unless you have to do so behind his/her backs then the jealousy issue will always be in the back of your s/o minds.Unless of course you indeed meet this person in this industry it would work and if not then your s/o will not be capable of understanding the difference between your job,and your relationship with him or her! That is where you must have to seperate your job from your relationship or hide it behind their backs?and there is my 2 cents worth

I feel if you are doing it behind your so's back you dont have an open relationship...in my opinion you would be cheating on them...if everything is up front and open and if your nerves can take it I can see it working...sp's are no different from us...they have the same wants and needs...my.02 cdn.:D

If one can accept that the other is a sp, then the relationship can work. Really no different than couples who are swingers.

No it is very different. Couples that swing your partner is in the room, or very close by and doing what you are doing. In this line on business your partner is at home, or sitting in the car a couple blocks away not giving a shit and think of the big dollars your bring home to support him. Or maybe on the other hand he is sitting at home hoping that you are ok.

When you swing there is no exchange of funds.

Swinging is legal, and prostitution is not

Most swinging is because both couples want to be there, most sp's this is only a means of making money for what ever reason.

Actually pussyeater prostitution in Canada is not illegal. Only communicating for the purposes, living off of the avails (i.e. pimping) or keeping a common bawdy house (or being found in one), are illegal. Actually performing sexual services for cash though (or paying for those services), nothing against the law there.

That's why outcalls are totally legal. Only once the girl is in the privacy of your room do you discuss sex and cash. It may be prostitution, but there is no communication about that until in private. But incalls could be a problem, since the sp's house could be deemed a bawdy house. Same with massage parlours that offer fs.

Having said that, I do agree with you that swining is a bit different than having a significant other that is a sp.

This board is raising some good points out here.....
Very Interesting views.....
But how does one take into consideration of explaining your live-in other's (real occupation..S.P) or fake occupation (sales girl or receptionist) to family and friends and even Neigbors.....
HMMMMM...............
No one anwered that one....

Some things would have to remain a carefully guarded secret!

Jedimaster ... are you contemplating this move ... hitching up with a SP??

Has anyone actually done this? Dated/lived with a SP? Or a stripper?

The force is indeed strong in you Jedimaster!!! :D

You're absolutely right Pussyeater. I didn't mean to suggest that strippers and SPs are the same. All I meant was that if you are in a relationship with either you have to be able to deal with the fact that they are going to be spending a lot of time in very intimate circumstances with other guys. Esp. true with strippers that do contact lap dances.

I lived with a dancer for ten years. It was a great relationship. It is a different lifestyle. Most feature dancers don't sleep around they have a very normal lifestyle other then a lot of men have seen them naked. There lives are very personal, eat right, work out a lot, and want to be loved, and respected like everyone else.

and what would you call it???????lol

Yes it certainly does sound like we should be calling up agents and see weather they can make room for this on a reality show cause' the pathetic ones they have on the tube now are relatively getting boring and worn out lol

GREAT THINKING BIGBEN!!!!!!!!!
