But they're sending address and everything other than booking confirmation and some of them sent pictures too.... could you also tell the what's the procedure and how it works ?

A member for a whole month and you act as if you know what you are talking about. Not likely, you should keep your ill-informed opinions to yourself.
This has been covered to death. Yes, you should be very cautious of anyone from Leolist. However, clients brought this upon themselves by short notice cancelling or not showing up, so deposits were brought in to combat that. Reputable providers who advertise here or on Tryst, are in the vast majority of cases are safe. Just do your homework.

What part of my advise annoyed you? And what kind of idiot thinks only someone whose been in a specific site for a long time knows what they're talking about. I moved to Vancouver last year so ofc my membership is recent.
Op seems very green if a random address and pics makes him trusting enough to send money. Needs to wise up.
Here are some general tips to stay safe. If you choose to stray, that's on you.
1. Never pay a deposit let alone e-transfer anyone especially on an incall. The only exceptions are verified SPs. If you need to confirm if they're legit, use perb. Tryst is good too as an alternative site. If there's no Intel, don't take the chance period.
2. Stick with verified postings to decrease chances of fake posts. There's still verified scammers out there so it's not sure fire.
3. Most non scam SPs won't give the address until you booked. Or an hour before booking. If they open their message with an address, it's a bit of a red flag.
4. Agencies are usually the safest play. Independents you should confirm as mentioned.
5. Use perb to confirm if they're real!!!!
6. Bring the bare essentials to a meeting
7. Don't toftt if they fail all of the above
8. Most ads that show a clear face is likely fake unless verified on perb or tryst. Reverse image searches can take care most fakes quickly. Most ads with Asian gals have insane amount of filters or the will bait and switch
Take what you want out of the above. You really need to focus on thinking with your brain and not with your head when looking at this stuff. This site has all the tools you need to be successful.

There’s also the risk of bringing the entire session fee in cash to a fly by night scammer. Just something to consider..
Why would only high end low volume SPs be trustworthy? I don’t understand. That is whorearchy nonsense IMO

Only High End Low volume?? What do you consider "High End?" And how the hell do you know who is "Low Volume?" Read it in the ad? The SP told you? There is not an SP on the planet that will advertise "Come See Me! High Volume GFE" LMFAO While there are many Service Providers that are low volume, I would not use it as the only criteria for choosing whom to see.

Yes there are some sites you should be wary of when showing their face, but Tryst and Perb are 99.9% legit..
BTW for those who do not know; Tryst has a very rigorous process the ladies must go through to be allowed to advertise on Tryst. Not everybody is accepted. You must be independent, no agency affiliation, and provide proper Identification, with a recent picture of the provider. DL, Passport, BC ID....that shows their face.

OP, since you're new at this, I suggest following what some of the ladies in red here have mentioned. I mean they're the ones actually paying to keep this place up so they have your best interest as they want you to come back 😂
But aside from that, you might want to read up on some of the deposit scams - As mentioned, Tryst is a safe place, but even safe places have cracks - You can read up on Katie Angel 😥
So best to only send Dep to reputable ladies from here, or only risk what you can afford to lose [ ie deposit is $50 or less ] and if you get to a session and it doesnt check out, at least you're not going to break the bank... but on that note, read up on some of the similar scenarios where they've gotten robbed, ie pulled up to a hotel, asked for description or check for this vehicle or someone greeting you to guide you up etc... you definitely want to be aware of some of these scenarios that can also play out if you visit some of these places [ as there will also be threats of i've got your personal info and will use it / explode it out it unless you give X money too ]

See #5 and #7. No one said any of it is the law of pooning. Wording could be better on the first line now that I review again. Didn't expect so much over reacting to ensue.
Until OP is capable of making sound decisions based off of personal research. These are just tips to avoid trouble, I never said this is the law.
Of course there's great independents out there. But how the hell would a new person know what's legit or not on shitty sites like leo, face aside? Even the verified button is useless these days. OP wouldn't be asking these questions if they were using perb (properly) or tryst in the first place. No one would have to second guess if it was clear on leolist what's real and what's not. But we know that's not the case. There is an abundance of scammers out there that is overwhelming for someone new. We can't assume someone knows all the trusted names and sites out there. Agencies simply tend to be more trusted for obvious reasons. Independents can be too with proper research. We wouldn't be having this conversation in the first place of course if OP had this knowledge which we can confirm they didn't.

I found interac way easier than carrying cash. I used it multiple times with reputed agencies, 30 mins before my appointment, but never for deposit.
I dont book in advance and dont do deposit, and not planning to do it in future, kind of a personal rule. I know due to this I am unable to see lots of good talent available like Skylar, Charlee, Anya and many more.
