Many SP don't use real photos in their ads. I remember there is a time I saw an auntie and too shy just walk directly. Now I just think I wasted my money. Would you just leave if you don't like it when see in person?

Depends on how bad in most cases. That said, there is a stupid ill formed nugget of logic among those who frequent bait and switch places or late night escapades with touring crackheads that "the little head did the thinking" which usually ends up in a bad time or scam anyways.

No, the little head didn't do the thinking. Neither head did any thinking.

There are plenty of posts on how to spot a scam on here. Do a search.

And it does little to confront them, even in the initial text "I am looking at your ad, are those pictures of you, today?"
Yes baby, when you come?

Yes, I really don’t understand their logic. I’ve gone twice now to the towers east of Metrotown. Both times listed aa a Caucasian girl and both times it’s been an Asian girl. They were actually not bad looking at all, in their 20’s and pretty but I still walked because it’s not as advertised. Just put up a damn ad with the actual girls photos, correct ethnicity, services.. it’s not like there aren’t enough guys that would be interested. And there is always a follow up text “why don’t you stay, she’ll give good service” ugh!

I know some (most) don't update their pictures daily, but at least they could do is update the text in their ads to say who is working today.

Always walk. The encounter has already gotten off on the wrong foot so the chances of it getting worse are even higher.

It also helps to make clear that way of doing business is unacceptable so maybe the next guy won't have to deal with it too.

Yes, I really don’t understand their logic.
It works unfortunately. Thus, why they do it.

It's also a cultural thing. Checking for bad English can help spot the Chinese made ads.

Leolist actually provides a significant discount to use verified photos. Nobody in their right mind would use unverified photos unless they had a reason to, such as, fake, or old photoshoot or something like that.

Although not a perfect system, it's something to keep in mind.

What do guys generally say to the provider? I personally felt to leave couple of times but was too shy/scared to say no. Not coz of ethencity or age, but for cleanliness or weed smell or tantrums or attitude or service or playing dumb :)

Basically we need to walk then if it’s not as advertised. I can excuse like a Blonde for Brunette or Korean for Japanese, etc. but when it’s so blatantly obvious it’s a total bait and switch you need to leave.

On one of those occasions when I walked I immediately got a text saying that the Caucasian girl was available but at the other high rise address next door. Of course I did not give them the chance to bait and switch again or meet the pimp or whoever but what are these people thinking posting ads that couldn’t possibly be even close to the same girl. I’m sure many would just visit the girl at the door if the ad was accurate.

One thing that doesn't help is when one of these bait an switch places gets reviewed and the question of real photos gets brought up and the reviewer cannot confirm or deny because they were too @_@ in the eyes at the time to be able to tell.

Personally if I'm about to be disappointed, I am very able to tell.

And that right there is the key^^^

I was recent misled by one of the more reputable agencies on Leo and on here. In that case I didn’t walk and I regretted it by the time the top came off. Wasn’t expecting that at all because I’ve had previously good experiences with them and didn’t get a good look at her until we were close. The next 55 minutes and $$$ gone were regrettable.

If you can see it’s going to be a disappointment turn around and leave.

I think this topic could be beat to death (again).
*Bottom line is as long as pooners give in to this (false ads, bait and switch, flat out lies, etc etc) it will go on.*
Someone in this thread posted too shy to leave or confront. I get it. But ultimately it's your call. One for getting into the situation in the first place, and I know, ads and initial dialog can look really good, and two for not walking immediately. It is your time, your money, so as highflyer said, " If you can see it’s going to be a disappointment turn around and leave. "
And confronting is also a waste of time, a simple, "sorry, you are not what I was led to believe you were", then go, no shoes off, no money handed, just GTFO. Yeah a tantrum may follow but really, what can they do of any consequence?

Honestly if the vibe is good and she looks good, I'm down to stay but I usually go to reputable places that are known for their authenticity :ROFLMAO:

I play it by ear each time. If she's cute, nice and eager to please -- even after I mention she's not the girl in the photo -- I will often stay. I know I shouldn't, just to punish these liars who post fake pictures. But I sometimes do mainly because, well, selfishly, I have one thing on my mind and I that's what I want! If she's sweet and good looking, it's hard to say no. And you know, most of the time it's not the actual girl's fault, it's just the way she's being handled and marketed.
