Sorry if this has been answered, I searched and found nothing really. Is filming porn legal in Canada as it's considered acting or does it fall under the prostitution laws?

No they didn't change again but the information around the legality of porn seems questionable. A Google search on if porn is legal to produce in Canada seems to bring up the prostitution laws rather than anything on porn production. Wondering if it's a gray area or considered prostitution

there are some laws about hiding cameras and doing it secretly. But adult consensual kept private might be ok. I'm not a cop. Don't know. But don't cross an international border with it.

It’s funny that in the US , porn is legal yet prostitution is illegal
