I'm new to the FS side of this industry (been doing massages with HE for a few years). I always book an hour as that's how long I prefer to go. All of the women I've seen except two (and one occasion where I only lasted 30 mins) have had to tap out around the 30 min mark and then finish with hands or oral. Aside from the 2 that went the full hour, the other sessions were more like 35 to 45 mins. Is an hour too much for most SP's to handle? Is it best to offer a break halfway through? What is the proper etiquette for an hour session?

I call it the "hot dog dilemma" within this industry. Like buying a 12-pack of wieners, but you can only buy 8-pack of buns? So you're railroaded into buying more buns....
It is a good point but you may have already answered your own question. If you feel 30 minutes is the time of value you are going to get, then book the 30 minutes. Myself I go for 1 to maybe 2 hours (if this is a regular and it's much more intimate). As far as etiquette, I say read the room, and go with what your lovely lady is telling and showing you.
On the topic of how do our incredible SP's do it, remember she may have already seen 4 guys before you and still needs to stay in the saddle for 4 more after you. Pretty impressive and I for one, very much respect the service provided and the effort I am receiving.
It depends on you and the SP. If you can do MSOG and finish the first round quickly, you may need a little break before you start the second round. If you're a one-shot wonder, spend more time on the journey (i.e., enjoy a longer foreplay and pace yourself in the main event) so you don't tap out too soon.

I never expect an actual full hour of fucking out of an hour booking. Typically I find that if I book for 1.5 hour, then I'd get 30 minutes of conversation and one hour of play. And even then the play is never just full on penetration all the time, there's foreplay, giving/receiving oral, etc...
Might be less wear and tear if the ladies charge by the pump. Like the miles on a rental car.

Whether it’s a 60min or 90min appointment, having about 20-30mins of PIV play is about right for me. Lots of foreplay ahead of that, and some cuddle/chat time after…and on the rare occasion a second shot if it happens to go that way. Longer appointments allow more time for the post-coitus chat with the people whose company I enjoy regardless of the sexual encounter.
Pounding away for an hour actually sounds really boring 🤔 I much more enjoy the oral foreplay,let it build up to something, THEN BAM. BEST 30 SECONDS OF HER LIFE!!!!😅🤣😅🤣
If you can pump for a full hour you shouldn’t be paying for sex….you should be getting paid to do porn.
If you are going for the 30 mins, small talk = 5 mins then it’s boots and saddles time, get the job done and you may still have a bit of small talk time after but get out when time is up cause the next guy could be headin up the elevator.🤠
