I am thinking of taking a long trip and bought a 30GB video ipod to keep myself occupied.
The problem is that I can not put my down loaded movies on to ipod.
Does anyone know how to do that?

ipod says only my home made movies but not Hollywood movies.
I dont think so... there must be ways...

I dont want to waste my money...not by using the full potential of the product.

Thanks...

With the proper dock, you can connect your I-pod to your TV.

Like the others said you can't just drag and drop your movies to the IPOD, they have to be re-rendered in to a IPOD compliant video. Use a program called handbrake.

In my experience, IPODs are unreliable and not that user friendly. For videos etc..as well as good performance I recommend the ZEN Vision, 30GB.
