Interviewing SPs

So I've been a longtime lurker here as a result of having 2 regular SPs that I would see 1 - 3 times per month over the past couple years and not wanting to deal with whacked out 1st meetings or TOFTT. Yeah I know, that can part of the thrill but one word, "SELENA", blew the whole blind 1st meeting experience for me. The regs were also more PSE as I can do without getting too cozy (GFE).

Anyway, 3 months ago one of my regulars retired and now the other is moving to Toronto. Now the fun begins to find another 1 or 2 to take their place.

Has anyone gone through this process? Did you use PERB as an "interview" tool? Did you ever set up a non-sexual exploratory meeting?

I prefer to have them do outcalls to my place so I need to know what I would be getting into so to speak.

Hate to conjure up an old post. So I haven't gone anywhere with this, I'm "retired" for the moment and contemplating whether to stay that way.

I stopped hitting the tracks a few years ago after picking up a younger, but legal, SP who had severe bruises on her legs as a result of an obvious beating from her "manager". I gave her the FS cash, without indulging, but took the time to listen to her story, ask questions, and offer to drop her off at the police station. She cried, she laughed, she never had a chance. Tragic and sobering to say the least. She accepted, gave me a hug and cried again, and I did drop her off at the station but for all I know, she walk right out and called me a "sucker" under her breath. Sometimes coming from downtown, I head down Hastings and you can't help but see the low track girls twisting in the breeze. Is this what it comes to? Was I at one point a contributor to the downturn in her life?

Too each their own, and I won't criticize someone else for their decisions, but I HAD to stop the track scene.

With the indy scene, my feelings had been somewhat different but the more I read some of the posts on this board, the more I question whether I want to proceed. When I say that, I'm referring to a couple recent posts of ladies having bad experiences with clients and other clients seeing the results (facial bruises). By staying away would I, in a very, very, small way be a more positive contributing factor in a SP choosing a path in life where she doesn't have to risk dealing with these issues? No or not enough clients translates to career change, right? Sounds pretty naive, eh?

Anyway sorry for the rant, just struggling with this.....

this may sound like a very convulated logic, but if the good and nice and clean and non-violent clients stay away because of the bad ones ... then what does that leave except the bad ones?

Kind of makes sense...and I have little regret and make no apologies for past participation but it's a struggle now nonetheless.

IMHO, I believe indy is the best way to find your future regular SP's... Make sure you do a very complete investigation on the SP's...I am sure you will find your regular SP's again pretty soon since there are plenty of good SP's in Vancouver, you can choose to go for a FOX hunt, there are indy's such as Shari, Amaya, Paige Adams, Jodie, Ingrid, Avarice, Saraphina, Alexandria, Felicia, and even BobbiVan. THey are well reputable SP's and rarely to none they provide negative sessions to their clients.....
Well, Good luck and happy pooning

You mean like a job interviw? With references and what is your career path and all that? Aren't escorts already constantly interviewed? Do you do: BBBJ, Greek, DFK, etc.?

Wow! The Lizard and me finally agree on something. The typical SP thing seems to be, just get the money, get it over with and move on to what? Drugs, Boozes and more Drugs. This type of transaction results in destroying any human's self esteem and eventually leads them to hitting rock bottom. Who wants to be a party to that?

Many Guys want to have a degree of confidence before hand that it's going to be a good experience with someone they know and trust. This is not to say that they want an emotionally involved relationship that leads to marriage but just some assurances that it's a positive experience for both parties.

Here's the good news, I believe there are few, not many girls that fit this description. Here's the bad news, it takes time and patience to find that compatible match.

It's never fun searching for a job nor a regular SP. But, doing your homework by searching reviews, communicating by email to first test the compatibility waters and initially doing two hour sessions, one hour is not enough time to develop the trust factor. This method has worked for me in evaluating the possibilities of seeing a girl on a regular basis.

I like to see girls that have real goals and allowing me to help them in achieving those goals (e.g., education, career, etc.). Afterall, we are talking about real people with a real spirit, a real mind and real emotions.

It is always refreshing to be part of a success story.

Best wishes.

I'm sorry but that last statement seems a bit pompous to me. If you really see SPs as real people then you wouldn't try to make them your pet project, ie. a success story.

Pompous? I read my post again and can see how you might have that opinion. Let me clarify.

It's their project to get an education, buy a home, progress in a career or start a business. I just enjoy being part of it, if they chose to include me. It's their call.

I will not be party to destroying a spirit just to get laid, if that's what you mean by being pompous.

I stand by being part of a success story. It's a win-win situation for both parties. Am I correct, isn't that the basis of this discussion?

Throughout my life, not just in seeing SP's, I enjoy being a part of other people's ideas and yes, projects and sharing in the success. For me that's what loving is all about.

I agree wholeheartedly with Sunset!

I am an SP who is currently going back to college to earn a degree and purse my dreams. Wow looks and brains too! I feel that a girl should have goals or drive, inspiration I guess you could say to succeed in life! I think it is way too easy for a lot of girls to fall in that fast track type of life, booze, drugs, etc. Just remember that not all of us fit into that stereotype. Some of us are struggling through school, are single moms etc. Please don't judge a book by its cover. Realize that we are people too with real life problems as well. Some of us ARE made of substance and not just looks with only two marbles rolling around in our heads.

My advice would be to book appointments with SPs that have a purpose in life. Get to know them a little and see what makes them tick. Maybe even quick dinner dates where you could discuss your compatibilities.

I hope that helps and happy hunting!

Cheers

The challenge is finding someone who has their shit together and who is reliable and can keep things in the proper perspective. One of the last regulars I had actually got too comfortable with me, and my place, and wanted me to meet her kid (she was a single mother) near the end. That was another experience that had me questioning whether it's worthwhile to even consider proceeding with someone who appears to be on the ball.

It's certainly nowhere near how some of the other experiences had me feeling but I don't know...
