Intersting evening...

So I go to VT this evening.. as I approach 161 I see cop cars, everywhere.

*Oh yes, posting this late to not interfere with potential clients*

I'm like "What the hell is going on.." 161 st is taped off from stony plain to like 102 ave.
Apparently some standoff between someone wanting to kill themselves or something. Cop car parked in the alley right next to VT. Everywhere!

Unperturbed, I waltz in and have a good session. Run to 7-11 and come back for one of the gals after the session. I bet their evening was really slow otherwise though.

I make a mean lentil soup. I'm like the soup nazi though, no soup for you!

I'm experiencing an equally interesting evening, too: I'm having lentil soup (no meat!) and snacking on grape tomatos (again, no meat!)!!

I think the world will end shortly.

You make me laugh! Seeing as you seem to be quite the food connoisseur perhaps you know of a place that serves the best VEGGIE burgers in town.

Atleast CBC got it right by calling it a Peahen. Global reported it the other day as a female Peacock. That's like saying female Bull or female Stallion. You'd think someone who went to journalism school would figure that out.
