QR code, .said to be issued to your email after submitting online "Passenger Locator Form" to your destination, not more than 48 hours before arrival. Has to be done day before flight. Has to done after check-in with your airline because you have to include seat number in your Passenger Locator Form. Question is, what format does QR code come? Anybody know for sure? Don't want to have to find somebody with a printer at the last minute, if QR code comes in a .pdf document, or have to fill hard drive on iPhone with a .pdf reader.

Sounds nice and easy. Have you actually loaded a QR code from an overseas health ministry?
Many international QR code’s will not work. I had someone go through this a few days ago.

Print and obtain a copy of the QR code (best if you can have a picture saved of it) and also prepare any supporting documentation along with that.

There is no uniformity to any of the steps right now so it’s a gong show at times. Over prepare and you’ll be fine.
