This fellow has some some different ideas on why this virus came about now, its in posts on his FB. Apprently China did not like the deal offered by Trump so they released the virus, now that everything is heading for rock bottom they are buying up the bargain stocks, gold, etc. They will be able to take over the global economy without firing a shot!

But this is just about people trying to point fingers and it's nonsense.

This virus first arose in China. If not there, it would have arisen elsewhere. This isn't biological warfare. It's evolution. Our planet (and our species) are constantly coming up with new ways to keep numbers down and cull the herd. Nothing malicious or intentional about it. Of course governments and businesses will try to capitalize on the situation whenever and wherever they can, that's the ugly side of our human nature and economic world system.

If the next bug in 2030 is first identified in Canada, does that mean the rest of the world should be suspicious of us?
