you should be able to right click on the image and "search google for image". If not google "tineye". It is a website that searches the net for images.

There have been a few suspicious ads with the same style of text; specifically 1. being located by the airport, 2. "PLEASE RESPECT MY WISHES OF SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY", 3. The exact same rate (150 hh; 300h)

It is very common for escorts to use fake pictures. At least half of backpage pictures are stolen from porn galleries or other escorts.
That's why I said learn to use image search. Before considering an ad you should check her pics for matches.
Using tineye AND Google is a good idea, especially if you have a couple of hundred dollars on the line. Both systems miss some pics.

It also is a good idea to Google her phone number. If she has ads elsewhere with pics of a different lady, well that's bad.
