Saw this ad first show up on LL on August 4th and it was posted again yesterday evening. It's a non verified ad but based on the sign the pictures were taken on the 4th so they appear to be legit.
This doesn't look like the typical Richmond scammer/bait and switch ad's on LL and the pictures look promising.
She posted her rates and services in the ad as well as cost to add CIM.
Just wondering if anyone has contacted or visited with her?
