Info on PrivateParadise in Langley?

It's been a while since I've seen an SP, so I decided maybe I will see one soon.

It looks like PrivateParadise is an AMP, so obviously I'm a bit hesitant. Is it a usually B&S place?

Don’t waste your time with this agency. Liars, cheats, bait and switch to the extreme, old rude aunties. Promise the world, the upsell everything including touching at times. There are no redeemable qualities of that business.
