I did a bit of digging on the images and got a hit from instagram but can't see more, probably because of private accounts. Not being verified is one thing but the ad details that only have one sentence like " Contact me for more info on how to have fun with me!" is a dead giveaway that it's not legit. Posts like this are especially harmful because they aren't bait and switches, they're aggregate compilers for targets. You really don't want them to get your number or any info about you.
