When you think of Spain, you'll think of its high unemployment ( about 25% ), recession ( even worse than Greece ), home foreclosures, and its declining consumer spending. However, sales of luxury goods ( almost 4.8 Billion Euros ) is up 15% from 2011. Yups! Its only the luxury industry that defies Spain's present battered economy. There's always that market niche that Occupy Wall Street hates that doesn't need to break the bank to enjoy the finer things in life. The lovely Mercury Aradia successfully catered to that segment a few years back and so will V.

Inflation will always be there in the years ahead as countries ( First World, Developing, Banana Republics, and etc. ) will use DEBT as their vehicle for economic growth.

Get ready, federal tax dept annouces a majority of people, in 2013, will have smaller paycheques due to various tax increases. Transit fares, to start, rise today. But this isn't a big deal, unless you take transit regularly.
If you use transit regularly you will have a monthly pass, the increase is neglible in the grand scheme of things. Plus, you can claim the cost of the monthly passes as a tax deduction.
