Independent or Agency?

Agencies are pretty solid afaik, the big 3 of CCE SU and BoA (RIP BoA Victoria) are fairly good choices as far as i can tell. Doesn't seem likely to be raided.
Agencies tend to be more reliable. They can be a hit and miss too (the good old YMMV), but at least you can complaint if something goes horribly wrong. I've never heard of any stings.

Agencies are certainly the safer bet. You can be sure the women are legit. But all experiences are always YMMV. police have better things to do then run stings for this. And even if they did, agencies mentioned here are licensed by the city, so they are not likely to be raided.
