Ok so I'm in the process of finding a new incall location that is ALL mine! I've decided I need a place of my own.

Now I do need something furnished, so that's what I've been looking for. I've found a few downtown that are beautiful and very nicely furnished, but are SO expensive. I love downtown, and think it's so much fun and really beautiful!

But here are the questions:

How important is it to YOU as a client that the girl be downtown?

Is Burnaby/New West (Near a skytrain) too far for the gents that live downtown?

I still plan on offering my outcall services without extra charge, but hope that I don't lose any of my regular incall clients.

Please give me some feedback. Girls too! If you've had an incall downtown and moved, how did it affect your clientele?

Thanks so much, xox

BV,
Downtown is nice and is probably preferred BUT Burnaby isn't that far away either so I don't think it would be an issue. One other thought, instead of the heart of downtown (including yaletown, coal harbour, etc), what about south Vancouver such as Cambie and Broadway area... might be a little bit of rent relief if it isn't right in the core.

Thanks

Thanks Ingrid, that makes sense. I want daytime clients too, so I think I should be downtown.

And the renting furniture was a good idea too... I've been thinking about that as a serious possibility. I just need to figure something out soon, not having an incall makes me horny! ;)

Every potential client will have his own criteria, but for me, it's essential that an SP be within walking distance of the downtown core or near a skytrain station. My opportunities to see an SP come when I'm downtown on business, or passing through Vancouver on my way to the airport. I never have a car when I'm in Vancouver. I like to walk. I'm willing to take the train for a special lady, but I'm not about to take a bus or a cab.

Of course, that's just me, and any SP who chose people like me as her target demographic would go broke.

I drive to Burnaby to see one of my favourites but that is as far as I would go, at least for someone I had never seen. Unfortunately, downtown is probably best (I say unfortunately because I realize that costs are higher). I am also the kind of guy that takes in the whole experience, including the quality of the incall. One of the well-reviewed and much talked about SPs on PERB who I met in my early days had a dump of an incall - I was quite surprised given her glamourous on line persona and it turned me off. FWIW

This comment may start a shit storm but the kind of client you will attract will likely vary by location and may also be something you want to think about..
