Personal experience in Mexico. Two friends went and had implants done. One had a perfect recovery, the other ended up with a massive infection and it cost her twice as much to have it dealt with back in Canada. Just sayin.
Yea. I think people don't know how risky getting stuff done in foreign countries is. Hang a shingle at the door and you are a specialist.

don't visit a third World country for your health. I have seen many horrible jobs done by dentists who were trained in the US and European Countries but have returned to Mexico etc to practice. Remember the dentist in only one part of the equation to fixing your teeth. The dental labs are horrible and they are the ones making the bridges etc. The dentist only can use who is close to him/her. PM me for details...
