Pretty sure if anyone had info about this ad, positive or negative, they would have shared. As someone asking for information, you should be happy with any responses that give you any insight into the veracity of the advertisement.
But, should you not trust, one way of the other, the information shared with you to try and help you make your decision, and if you think that this advertisement portrays exactly what you are interested in, the best advice anyone can give is try it out.
You COULD find a diamond in the rough, a perfect provider. This could be the advertisement that ruins you for all other service providers, and you will never know until you try it.
