Like you said though, a very daunting, intimidating exploration for the less experienced! If he bails, I may be a little shorthanded, but I've been known to take some extra long shifts! Lol unless there is a replacement willing to step in on short notice....

I've set the current over/under for 'dropping loads', sat., dec. 11th, from 9am - 2am at 9.5...I'm picking the over, meaning, over the course of my 2 sessions, and any action I manage to pick up in between, not including 'hand relief', that I will be able to 'drop' 10 loads....
