That's a good question. It depends on the SP, how well we've gotten to know eachother, what type of repor we've established, and what sorts of interests and things we know about eachother. I would try and do something thoughtful for her that is more personal to her than just a standard "one size fits all gift" for her.
A nice surprise I received on my birthday (where i rarely share the exact date) was from an sp who I share the same birthday with one of her kids. She remembered the date as a result and gifted me a cologne and the bodywash and deodorant gift pack of the same scent. It was a cologne I wore all the time back then and her knowing this she bought me another one, along with the matching body wash and deodorant. She even gave me the option to keep it with her for future sessions.
I briefly went through a phase where I was vegan and she got me a gift voucher for Gorilla Food, which was a raw vegan restaurant. Funny enough it was my first time trying raw vegan lol
