You have a very good list there with awesome possibilities. Here are a few scenarios I have done with an extra grand....
Kendra and Mika duo which is fucking incredible, I have experienced a few duos and personally what makes one exceptional is the level of interaction the girls have, these two like each other alot! I followed that with a session with Paige, she rocks!
A first meeting with Lilith, if you haven't met her you might be tempted to spend the whole thousand on her, she is amazing! Then I had a session with moi, no I don't mean me and myself haha. Moi set up a very special incall encounter for me that I thought was very personalized and intimate, a very memorable session, and very good value! I had enough to see Paige again, she rocks!
Another time I was feeling particularly virile. I met Jaylah for the first time. She is sooo much fun and alot for me to handle. I have never repeated which is a regret, she is a great gal. I followed that up with back to back sessions with Josie then Kittie. The time with Josie was very energetic and blow your mind wild, normally I would need a couple days break after something like that! But I planned to see Kittie and like you say, sometimes you just need to enjoy it, I don't feel like a stud very often so I went straight over. Plus I thought I would be able to avoid a premature finish. But alas Kittie is an incredibly sexy and unique woman, I was surprised how easily she aroused me and how unable I was to contain it.
One of my best uses of extra money was a duo with Paige and Josie, they had a special on and come on, how could you go wrong with those two together. That one knocked my socks off! I have more but that covers what you had on your list. What I haven't done and would be my next plan is a duo with Kendra and Lilith and then a duo with Kendra and Paige. Duo's really aren't that daunting, you almost always get MSOG and you can easily use their interactive time to recover, and how much of a turn on is seeing two gorgeous women together, it greatly reduces the recovery time.
