Where would you go and why?

For me, it's Galapagos. I want to go scuba diving with the turtles, sharks and lizards. I've thought it looked like the most beautiful place since I was a little girl, and I'd love to go to the birthplace of the theory of evolution.

I've traveled to over 121 countries.

Still, there's nowhere like cuddling my dog and watching some Netflix at home over some wine.

El Nido, Palawan.Philippines. I would love to visit all the beautiful beaches there, do some snorkeling, fishing, and have some cold San Miguels and BBQ's at the Beach.

If I had a plus-one, I'd take me and my mum to Fiji. I haven't been in a few years, but it's her favourite place.

"Elsi, this thread is about where you want to go."

Yeah, and I wanna go spoil my mum because I love her. Step off already, Clem!

Before I moved to Vancouver there were countless places I wanted to travel to. But since I've arrived here, I haven't felt any desire to leave. Aside from moments when I just want to get out of the concrete jungle for a bit. But no craving to jet off to any exotic destinations.

I miss seeing the northern lights. I miss family back east. I should return for a visit at some point. But overall I'm quite content on the west coast.

I'm waiting for a certain shy astronomer to take me somewhere he said he wanted to take me. But this doesn't involve going anywhere far from here. At this point in my life I have greater appreciation for the simpler things in life.

Mongolia. I like wide open spaces. Just me and my yurt.

Go to Inner Mongolia in China. The communists threw a lot of money into the improverished regions and you get a lot of the Mongolian experience with some luxury.

Mongolia proper is rather impoverished and lack tourist facilities. You likely won't have a good time.
