It sounds like IF is a pretty busy place and obviously lots of people like them. I think they are the best in town for one simple reason. You can just drop by and meet everyone and decide if you want to stay. Pictures on websites make them look really good but doesn't represent reality. It is nice to see in person before you decide. I thinks their prices are a bit high but it is supply and demand and this is just the current market rate.
